An international event focusing on 8 key themes: Omnichannel Commerce; Marketing; Logistics; CSR; Marketplaces; New Payments; Agile Customer Journey and Data.
The major event for omnichannel commerce, bringing together all the players in the sector. The 2023 edition of Paris Retail Week, under the theme "Common sense in the face of paradoxes", offers 3 days of plenary conferences, debates, workshops and pitches to address emerging retail issues. A real business booster, Paris Retail Week helps exhibitors and visitors to bring their projects to fruition, as well as to decipher trends. Because retail is multi-faceted and cross-disciplinary, the show features 8 business themes led by recognized mentors, over 370 exhibitors, 30 talks and keynotes, and 9 innovation awards. An international event set up for experts, by experts, with high-level exchanges.

A program at the heart of current events

For its 9th year, Paris Retail Week deciphers consumer trends and explores innovations in the sector: How can we rethink our business by moving from a linear to a circular growth model? How to offer Made in France products while expanding internationally? How can we differentiate ourselves from other brands by offering a strong DNA and promise? How do AI and automation help brands deliver a better customer experience? How can we measure the impact of social networks on sales? WEB3, Metavers: the continuity of technology and experience... are just some of the topics to be addressed at the conferences and workshops scheduled over the 3 days of the show.
